What my task at RETRALOG is?
As managing director, I try to create the best framework conditions possible for the employees so that they can perform their work successfully and with enthusiasm and to see that the company always remains on a solid footing and is well positioned in the market for the coming years.In addition, I actively support our marketing activities.
Why I am really tough in recycling?
In particular, because I enjoy my work and have been active in this sector for more than 20 years. I work in a structured manner and try never to lose sight of the actual goal. I am glad to learn new things and regularly take on – as does the whole team – new challenges.I do business with our customers and partners openly. That makes work enjoyable. And anyway, dealing with each other honestly pays off in the long run.

What I like about RETRALOG?
I particularly like our harmonious, competent and very committed working team. The team treats customers and partners well, which paves the way for long-term business relationships.As well as that, I like the way all the employees work on a very independent basis. However, if a decision becomes necessary, we have short decision paths.
What I like to do in my free time?
Spending time with my family is at the very top of the list, followed by activities with friends. In addition, I am interested in water sports, classic cars, economics and politics. Now and again, I also torture myself with jogging or I swim a few lengths and then relax in the sauna.Your favourite subject in school?
It wasn’t art.But my homework in economics and accounting was normally done. Besides sport, those were the subjects which really interested me and which I enjoyed.
