Directions to Stade
Stade is located in Lower Saxony on the motorway A26 and the national road B73 between Hamburg and Cuxhaven.
Getting here by car
- From the direction of Hamburg:
- via the A1 in the direction of Bremen, exit Rade
- via the B73 in the direction of Stade/Cuxhaven
- From the direction of Bremen:
- via the A1 in the direction of Hamburg, exit Bokel in the direction of Zeven/Bremervörde
- via the B74 in the direction of Stade
Getting here by train
You reach Stade via the main route Hamburg-Stade-Cuxhaven. From Hamburg, you can take both the regional train (S 3) and the Metronom. Inter-regional connections are available at the ICE stop Hamburg-Harburg.
You can then take the bus lines 2001, 2007 and 2027 from the Stade Central Bus Station (ZOB) to the stop “Schiffertor (Brücke)”. From there, you continue walking in the driving direction of the bus. After a few minutes walking, you will see our round office building on the right.
Alternatively, you can also go on foot (about 12 minutes). When you come out of the train station, go to the left. Follow Neubourghstraße and turn right at the end. Then turn immediately left again to get to Wallstraße. At the large crossroads, turn left into Schiffertorsstraße. After a few minutes walking, you will see our round office building on the right.
If travelling by taxi from the Stade train station, give your destination as Schiffertorsstraße 2, directly beside the Stadeum. The journey takes about 5 minutes.

Potsdam is located in Brandenburg in the southwest of Berlin at the middle course of the river Havel.
Getting here by car
- From the north
- via the A10 (western Berlin motorway ring)
- Exit Potsdam Nord in the direction of B273 Potsdam
- Leave „Potsdamer Straße“ at the second traffic light and enter „Am Schulplatz“
- Turn left after next traffic and enter “Kirschallee”
- After a few meters turn right and enter “Ludwig-Boltzmann-Straße”.
- After that turn right and enter “Dennis-Gabor-Straße”
- You’ll reach your destination.

Getting here by train
You reach Potsdam via S-Bahn (S7) or regional Train (RE1).
You can take the tram line 92 direction “Kirschallee” until last stop. From there, you continue Walking. After a few minutes walking you will arrice “Dennis-Gabor-Straße”.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi. From the main train station the distance is about 5 km. The travel time varies depending on time of day.
